Did this instead of the 20 minutes of cardio:
The Chief” @ 3 cycles (it’s supposed to be 5)
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute between cycles
1- 3 rounds 9 reps
2- 3 rounds 3 reps
3- 3 rounds
Plus all the supple mobility work.
This sounds awesome. May do ‘The Chief’ before I hit the beach this Saturday.
