  1. I’m really excited about starting swolefit…it’s just the thing I’ve been looking for! Do you post a daily swod anywhere? Do you advise to repeat cycles or rotate to another cycle after finishing one?

    Thank you,
    Adam

    • Hey Adam, so sorry I didn’t reply to this comment earlier, but better late than never!

For now, all the workout cycles are archived on the site. I encourage you to experiment around and try to develop your own progressive templates after you’ve gone through mine. Pick a strength lift to progress week by week, and add some conditioning workouts to complement them. Hope your swole journey is going well!

  2. Hi mate what made you think of a system like this? I’ve mentioned in a previous comment about franchising this as I don’t see anyone do anything like this

    Paul

    • Hey Paul, it was really my experience with the powerlifting, bodybuilding, and crossfit workout types that led me to this system. I knew what I wanted the end result to be (aesthetic, muscular, fit), I knew the types of workouts I enjoyed, and I knew how many days a week I had available. From there I just experimented around and was able to create a week by week progressive template with really good results. I think it would definitely be great to franchise; I’ve just been busy lately with other ventures (namely working on the startup men’s publication– http://prsuit.com/).

  3. I think its one of a kind you are using all the aspects of fitness really. I am following along these lines myself and with me re entering the fitness industry my philosophy is based on these principles 🙂 keep up the good work:-)

  4. Just wanted to say thank you for creating these workouts and posting them. I have been looking for a workout like this for a long time. Consider me a swolefit member.

  5. Was wondering if we do the warm up every workout. That’s what I’ve been doing. Also was wondering if on legs day when we do lunges is it 15 all together or 15 each leg

  6. Love this man. I have a very similar outlook on fitness that you do. Glad to finally find a program that incorporates olympic lifting, hypertrophy, crossfit, etc. Just looking at the full 3 month slate of workouts has me excited!
