Motivation
- Check out this pretty awesome and groundbreaking training system that the University of Nebraska football team uses. I think it’s safe to say we’ve just breached the surface of human potential as it relates to optimizing performance training.
That technology is pretty swole.
I thought throwing in Strongman shit would be pretty beneficial too so this is what I did:
3 rounds of:
Farmers walk 36 kg kettlebell each hand 200 ft
36 kg kettlebell (american) swing 15 reps
Not done on the clock but it was under 10 minutes.
Then I used the foam roller all over and and finished up with some mobility with the bands and some good ol Starrett (on my way to becomming a supple leopard) mobility chest/shoulder stuff.
