  1. The video was pretty motivating. I skipped the 20 minutes of light cardio and opted for 10 minutes of body weight farmer walks. I wasn’t swole enough to hit it for the full 10 but I still got what I needed I weight 210 so 105 dumbbells gets heavy. Did my foam rolling and other supple movements as well.
