  1. I think its one of a kind you are using all the aspects of fitness really. I am following along these lines myself and with me re entering the fitness industry my philosophy is based on these principles 🙂 keep up the good work:-)

  3. Love this man. I have a very similar outlook on fitness that you do. Glad to finally find a program that incorporates olympic lifting, hypertrophy, crossfit, etc. Just looking at the full 3 month slate of workouts has me excited!
